What you'll do

In this role, you will shape the technical vision of Olo's Order Engineering team, ensuring that the engineering practices align with the company's business goals. You will mentor engineers, providing guidance on best practices in software development and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the design and implementation of large-scale systems, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and maintainable.
