Desirable

Experience in the SaaS industry or with digital ordering platforms is a plus. Familiarity with user research methodologies and A/B testing will help you make data-driven design decisions. You are comfortable presenting your designs and rationale to stakeholders and can articulate your design choices effectively.

What you'll do

As a Senior Product Designer at Olo, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the Serve platform, which powers the digital ordering experience for hundreds of restaurant brands. You will collaborate with a team of designers to ensure a cohesive user journey from concept through launch. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research to understand customer needs, creating wireframes and prototypes, and iterating on designs based on feedback. You will partner with product managers and engineers to ensure that your designs are feasible and align with technical constraints. Your work will directly impact how users interact with their favorite restaurants online, making their ordering experience seamless and enjoyable.
