What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the charge in building and maintaining intelligent test automation frameworks — your hands-on testing skills will be crucial as you conduct comprehensive testing to ensure the quality of Olo's SaaS platform. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to refine processes and implement best practices that enhance product quality.

You will advocate for Agile process optimization, helping teams adopt practices that promote continuous improvement and efficiency. Your insights will help shape the direction of the Quality Engineering team, as you work to influence the adoption of innovative testing strategies and tools.

You will also play a key role in mentoring and guiding junior QA professionals, sharing your expertise and fostering a collaborative environment where everyone can thrive. Your contributions will directly impact the quality of Olo's digital ordering, payment, and guest engagement solutions, ensuring that customers receive the best possible experience.
