Your ability to blend product vision with hands-on execution makes you a strong candidate for this role. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate product goals and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization. You are customer-obsessed and always seek to understand user needs to inform product development.
What you'll do
As the Product Director at Omnea, you will lead product strategy across a major surface area of our platform. You will manage and grow a team of product managers, ensuring that we are building the right features with speed and clarity. Your role will involve setting the vision for the product, aligning it with business goals, and driving execution to meet customer needs. You will work closely with the VP of Product and collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to deliver a seamless procurement experience.
You will be responsible for defining product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on user feedback and market trends, and ensuring that the team is focused on high-impact initiatives. Your leadership will foster a culture of innovation and accountability within the product team, empowering team members to take ownership of their work. You will also engage with customers to gather insights and validate product concepts, ensuring that our solutions are aligned with market demands.
