Who you are
You are an experienced product manager with a proven track record of shaping and delivering successful products. With at least 5 years of experience in product management, you have a deep understanding of the product lifecycle from ideation to launch. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing. Your strong analytical skills enable you to make data-driven decisions that enhance user experience and drive business growth.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate product vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels. You are comfortable working with both technical and non-technical teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned on product goals. Your passion for user-centric design drives you to advocate for the needs of customers, ensuring that the products you manage deliver real value.
Desirable
Experience in the enterprise software space is a plus, particularly in procurement or supply chain management. Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in business processes will set you apart. You are a strategic thinker who can balance short-term objectives with long-term vision, and you are always looking for ways to innovate and improve.
What you'll do
As a Senior Product Manager at Omnea, you will take ownership of the product roadmap, defining and prioritizing features that align with the company's mission to revolutionize procurement. You will work closely with engineering and design teams to scope features, ensuring that they meet user needs and business objectives. Your role will involve conducting user research and gathering feedback to inform product decisions, as well as analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
You will lead cross-functional teams through the product development process, from initial concept through to launch and beyond. This includes coordinating sprints, managing timelines, and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged. You will also be responsible for defining success metrics and tracking product performance post-launch, using data to iterate and improve the product continuously.
In addition to product management duties, you will play a key role in shaping the company's product culture, mentoring junior product managers, and fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation. You will represent the product team in executive meetings, articulating product strategy and progress to senior leadership.
