What you'll do
As the Founding Visual Designer at Omnea, you will take the lead in defining the visual direction of the company. You will collaborate with the design team to create a cohesive brand identity that resonates with our target audience. Your work will span various touchpoints, including marketing campaigns, product design, and internal culture initiatives. You will be responsible for ensuring that our visual language is consistent and impactful across all platforms.
In your first six months, you will implement design systems that will be visible throughout the organization. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on designs, ensuring that the final products align with our mission and values. Your role will be pivotal in shaping how Omnea is perceived in the market, and you will have the opportunity to influence the company's growth trajectory through your design expertise.
