You will design and implement evaluation benchmarks and acceptance criteria that inform product and model roadmaps, ensuring that deployments are successful and scalable. Your role will involve measuring success through production adoption and workflow impact, providing feedback loops that enhance future iterations of the models.
Collaboration is key in this position β you will partner with various teams, including Product and Research, to ensure that your deployments align with the overall goals of OpenAI. You will also engage with regulatory compliance teams to maintain inspection readiness and create audit trails for deployed systems.
Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough assessments of customer environments, identifying opportunities for AI integration, and leading the technical aspects of deployment projects.
