You have extensive experience as a Staff DevOps Engineer, with a strong background in enterprise-scale AWS networking and edge infrastructure. Your expertise in platform transformation will be crucial as you lead strategic initiatives to modernize and automate OpenSesame's infrastructure. You understand the importance of scalability, security, and reliability in cloud environments, and you are passionate about embedding intelligent automation into workflows.
You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive greater intelligence and resilience across platforms. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly will help you influence and guide your colleagues in adopting best practices in automation and infrastructure management. What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the DevOps team at OpenSesame, focusing on designing, building, and operating the automation and cloud infrastructure that powers our global learning platform. You will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives that modernize our infrastructure, enhancing scalability and reliability. Your work will involve collaborating with engineering teams to embed automation and intelligent systems into our workflows, ensuring that every engineer at OpenSesame can deliver faster and more confidently.
You will take charge of implementing best practices for cloud infrastructure management, including monitoring, incident response, and capacity planning. Your expertise in AWS will be critical as you optimize our cloud resources and ensure that our systems can handle the demands of a growing user base. You will also play a key role in shaping how AI and intelligent automation are explored and applied throughout the organization, helping to create smarter systems that improve overall performance.
