What you'll do

In your role as a Graduate Software Engineer, you will participate in Optiver’s comprehensive Global Academy, where you will receive training on trading theory and the firm’s tech stack. This onboarding process will equip you with the knowledge needed to make an immediate impact on your team. You will be paired with a dedicated mentor who will guide you as you take ownership of your projects.

Your responsibilities will include developing software solutions that enable the firm to react to market changes swiftly. You will work closely with traders and other engineers to create simple, effective solutions that enhance decision-making processes. Each day will present new challenges, allowing you to gain in-depth knowledge of engineering for the capital markets. Your contributions will directly impact the firm's competitiveness in the industry.
