What you'll do

As an Applied AI Engineer at Oscar, you will join a dedicated AI team focused on developing and launching AI-powered products that transform the healthcare landscape. You will take ownership of high-impact projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to conceive, prototype, and deploy generative AI solutions. Your role will involve rapid iteration on ideas, ensuring that the applications you build are production-ready and deliver measurable outcomes for Oscar and its members.

You will collaborate with engineers and data scientists to identify opportunities for AI integration within existing processes, enhancing patient experiences and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include experimenting with the latest AI models, analyzing data to inform your decisions, and delivering solutions that drive business results.
