What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design and optimization of internal processes that enhance operational efficiency. You will collect and document business requirements, build and manage project plans, and communicate key project decisions to stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and developing risk mitigation strategies to address potential challenges. You will work closely with the Associate Director of MPSO - Optimization, ensuring that all initiatives align with the organization's goals. As you progress, you will have the opportunity to contribute to company-wide strategic initiatives, making a meaningful impact on the way Oscar serves its members.
