What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations and projects, which includes creating project plans, managing vendor relationships, and driving collaboration among various teams. You will evaluate project progress and ensure that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the process. Your ability to mitigate edge cases and address challenges proactively will be crucial to your success. You will report to the Senior Manager of Case Management Strategic Operations and will play a key role in shaping the operational strategies of the department.
