You are an entry-level professional eager to contribute to the optimization of knowledge management processes within a dynamic team. You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable working cross-functionally with both business and technical stakeholders. Your ability to document business requirements and manage project plans will be crucial in this role. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to supporting organizational goals through effective process improvements.
Desirable
While not required, experience in project management or knowledge management frameworks would be beneficial. Familiarity with data analysis and risk mitigation strategies will enhance your contributions to the team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, optimization, and implementation of processes that support the knowledge management program. You will collect and document business requirements, ensuring that the needs of the department are represented in company-wide strategic initiatives. Your role will involve building and managing project plans, documenting key project decisions, and applying frameworks to analyze data effectively. You will also develop and communicate risk mitigation strategies across various initiatives and stakeholders, ensuring that projects are executed smoothly and efficiently.
You will report to the Associate Director, MPSO - Optimization, and will be expected to participate in team meetings and events, with Thursdays designated as a required in-office day. Your flexible in-office days will allow you to balance collaboration with independent work.
