Who you are
You have significant experience in employment law, ideally with a focus on advising companies on complex legal issues across multiple jurisdictions. Your expertise allows you to navigate the intricacies of employment regulations and provide sound legal guidance to support a global workforce. You possess strong leadership skills and have a proven track record of managing legal teams effectively. You are comfortable working in a fully remote environment and understand the dynamics of a distributed team. You are passionate about fostering an inclusive workplace and have experience in promoting diversity within legal teams. You are proactive in identifying potential legal risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the Claims & Escalations team, providing legal support and guidance on employment law matters. You will work closely with the General Counsel to shape the company's approach to employment law across various countries. Your responsibilities will include advising on legal compliance, handling escalated claims, and developing policies that align with local regulations. You will also play a key role in training and mentoring junior legal staff, ensuring they are equipped to handle employment law issues effectively.
