Who you are
You have a strong background in software engineering, with experience in both frontend and backend development. You understand how to create engaging user experiences and have a knack for writing clean, maintainable code. You are familiar with the latest web technologies and frameworks, particularly JavaScript and its ecosystem. You have experience in building responsive web applications and are comfortable working across the entire tech stack. You are eager to learn and adapt to new challenges, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your contributions can make a significant impact.
What you'll do
As a Full Stack Engineer at Padlet, you will own and implement new features that span multiple layers of our tech stack. You will create delightful user experiences, such as beautiful search functionalities and engaging animations. Your work will focus on making our web applications faster and more reliable, which includes optimizing JavaScript payloads and enhancing network request resilience. You will also contribute to improving our component library and the tools we use to support localization into over 40 languages.
You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to ensure that our software meets the needs of millions of users worldwide. Your role will involve not only coding but also participating in design discussions and code reviews to maintain high standards of quality. You will have the opportunity to touch millions of lives through your work, as Padlet aims to inspire curiosity and creativity in education.
