What you'll do

In this role, you will play a central part in shaping the host experience for PadSplit's marketplace. You will design and iterate on onboarding processes that help property owners understand the value of PadSplit and how to get started. Your work will involve conducting user research to gather insights and validate design concepts, ensuring that the solutions you create are grounded in real user needs.

You will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure that your designs are feasible and aligned with technical capabilities. Your responsibilities will include creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate your vision. You will also be involved in A/B testing and other growth-minded experimentation to refine the user experience continuously.
