You have a deep understanding of modern web technologies, particularly Next.js, and are skilled in using Contentful and Vercel to create engaging user experiences. Your experience with A/B testing frameworks allows you to implement effective experimentation strategies that enhance user engagement and conversion rates. You are detail-oriented and have a passion for driving innovation on the web, ensuring that your work not only meets but exceeds user expectations.

What you'll do

In this role, you will architect the future of PandaDoc's marketing site, leading the full-stack development efforts to ensure the site is performant, scalable, and maintainable. You will own the codebase and be responsible for implementing high-velocity experimentation frameworks that empower the marketing team to accelerate learning and optimize conversion rates. Your role will involve debugging complex issues and optimizing Core Web Vitals to enhance user experience.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Revenue Marketing, Brand, Design, and Core Engineering, to turn the website into a revenue engine that drives user acquisition and growth. You will also be tasked with embedding intelligent experiences into the web journey, automating personalization to create a seamless user experience. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding the technical direction of the web properties, ensuring they align with the overall product roadmap and business objectives.
