You have experience in international education advising, and you understand the complexities of program options, study pathways, and visa processes. You are mission-driven and believe in the transformative power of education, advocating for students as they navigate their educational journeys. Your exceptional communication skills allow you to engage effectively with prospective students across various global markets, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout their application process. You are results-oriented, working towards clear metrics and delivering consistent outcomes while staying organized and detail-focused in managing high-volume pipelines. You thrive in diverse cultural contexts and can work across different time zones, making you adaptable and reliable in your role.
What you'll do
As an International Student Advisor, you will engage directly with prospective students through calls, messages, events, and webinars. You will conduct detailed advising sessions on program options, eligibility, pathways, and admissions processes, guiding students from their first inquiry through to application. Your role will involve helping students understand financing opportunities and visa requirements, ensuring they have all the information they need to make informed decisions about their education. You will also be responsible for managing high-volume pipelines, staying organized, and following through on every lead to ensure nothing slips through the cracks. Your work will contribute to Passage's mission of dismantling barriers to education, helping students access opportunities that can change their lives.
