What you'll do

As an AI Engineer - II at Pattern, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI and Machine Learning solutions tailored to optimize financial operations. You will collaborate closely with the Finance & Accounting team to enhance decision-making processes and automate key financial tasks. Your role will involve analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement and implementing intelligent systems that streamline operations.

You will engage in the full lifecycle of AI project development, from initial concept through deployment and ongoing optimization. This includes working with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop models, and ensure successful integration of AI solutions into existing systems. You will also be responsible for monitoring the performance of deployed models and making necessary adjustments to improve accuracy and efficiency.

In addition to technical responsibilities, you will play a key role in mentoring junior team members and sharing your knowledge of AI and financial systems.
