What you'll do
As a Brand Manager at Pattern, you will be responsible for managing and growing our partners' eCommerce activities on platforms such as Coupang and Naver. You will drive revenue growth through a data-driven approach, analyzing performance metrics and adjusting strategies accordingly. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that our partners receive the best possible support and resources to succeed in the competitive eCommerce landscape.
You will take ownership of your portfolio of brands, developing tailored strategies that align with their unique goals and challenges. This includes optimizing advertising efforts, managing content, and ensuring that logistics and fulfillment processes are efficient. You will also be responsible for forecasting and pricing strategies that drive profitability for both Pattern and our partners.
Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders will be crucial as you work to build strong relationships and ensure alignment on objectives. You will be expected to present insights and recommendations based on your analysis, helping to shape the direction of our brand management efforts in South Korea.
