Overview

Pattern is hiring a Quality Engineer to develop and maintain robust marketplace connectivity solutions. You'll work with APIs and services to ensure seamless data flow across e-commerce platforms. This position requires experience in CI/CD and automated testing.

Who you are

You have a solid background in quality assurance engineering, with experience in developing and maintaining testing frameworks for APIs and services. Your expertise in CI/CD practices allows you to streamline the testing process, ensuring high-quality deliverables. You understand the importance of error handling and automated testing in creating reliable systems, and you are adept at identifying and resolving integration issues quickly.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the integration solutions meet the needs of both internal stakeholders and external partners. Your analytical mindset helps you to dissect complex problems and implement effective solutions that enhance system performance and reliability.

Desirable

Experience with e-commerce platforms and third-party APIs is a plus, as is familiarity with tools that facilitate real-time monitoring and failure detection. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems.

What you'll do

As a Quality Engineer at Pattern, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust testing frameworks for our marketplace connectivity solutions. You will work closely with the Integrations team to ensure that our APIs and services are reliable and scalable, handling inventory synchronization and order fulfillment seamlessly. Your role will involve implementing CI/CD workflows that enhance our development processes and ensure that quality is built into our products from the ground up.

You will also focus on creating comprehensive error handling mechanisms and automated failure detection tools that allow operations teams to quickly identify and resolve integration issues. Collaborating with engineers and product managers, you will help define testing strategies that align with our business goals and user needs. Your contributions will directly impact the quality of our services and the satisfaction of our clients.
