Your ability to analyze customer feedback and translate it into actionable insights is key to your success in this role. You are comfortable working with various stakeholders, including entrepreneurs and accounting firms, to ensure that their needs are met and that they receive the best possible support.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, helping them to maximize the value they receive from Pennylane's financial management software. You will work closely with the product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and advocate for necessary improvements. Your goal will be to drive user adoption and retention by providing exceptional support and guidance to clients as they navigate their financial processes.
You will also be involved in onboarding new clients, ensuring they understand how to use the software effectively to manage their finances. This includes conducting training sessions and creating resources that help clients utilize the platform to its fullest potential. You will track key performance indicators related to customer success and work to improve these metrics over time.
