Who you are

You have 5-7 years of backend engineering experience, building scalable systems that handle millions of transactions daily. You understand the intricacies of designing and deploying services that are robust and efficient, and you have a knack for solving complex problems that arise in high-traffic environments.

Your expertise lies in Java and Spring, and you have a solid understanding of REST APIs. You are comfortable working with large datasets and have experience optimizing database interactions to ensure high performance and reliability.

You thrive in collaborative environments where you can ideate with talented peers and contribute to the development of innovative solutions. You are proactive in your approach, taking ownership of your work and driving projects from conception to completion.

You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively. You are also open to mentoring junior engineers, sharing your knowledge, and fostering a culture of learning within your team.

Desirable

Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure would be a plus, as well as familiarity with microservices architecture. A background in the BFSI sector is advantageous but not mandatory.

What you'll do
