Overview
PhonePe is seeking an Associate Manager in Technology Risk & Compliance to assist in reviewing policies and maintaining compliance frameworks. This role is based in Bangalore and requires a strong understanding of technology risk management.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a solid background in technology risk management and compliance, ideally with experience in the financial services sector. You understand the importance of maintaining compliance frameworks and are skilled in reviewing policies to ensure they meet regulatory standards. You are detail-oriented and possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable working with cross-functional teams to achieve compliance objectives.
Desirable
Experience with digital payments or fintech is a plus, as is familiarity with regulatory requirements in the Indian market. You are proactive in your approach and have a knack for problem-solving, enabling you to navigate complex compliance challenges effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will assist in the review of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations. You will work closely with various teams to identify and assess technology risks, providing guidance on best practices for risk management. Your responsibilities will include maintaining compliance documentation and supporting audits and assessments as needed. You will also play a key role in developing training materials and conducting training sessions to promote a culture of compliance within the organization.
