Who you are

You have 6 to 8 years of experience as a Data Scientist, where you've developed a strong foundation in statistical analysis and machine learning techniques. Your expertise allows you to derive insights from complex datasets, and you are comfortable working with large volumes of data to inform business decisions. You possess excellent problem-solving skills and can communicate your findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions. Your experience includes building predictive models and conducting experiments to optimize business processes. You are passionate about leveraging data to drive strategic initiatives and improve user experiences.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets to identify trends and patterns that can inform business strategies. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that enhance PhonePe's offerings. Your work will involve developing and validating predictive models, conducting A/B tests, and presenting your findings to stakeholders.

You will also play a key role in defining metrics and KPIs to measure the success of various initiatives. Your insights will help shape the direction of PhonePe's products and services, ensuring they meet the needs of millions of users across India.
