You have 5+ years of professional experience building and shipping consumer-facing iOS applications — you've developed a strong proficiency in Swift and are familiar with the iOS ecosystem, including SwiftUI. Your experience includes working on UI/UX with modern frameworks, and you possess a keen eye for detail that ensures high levels of design consistency, functionality, and performance.

You excel in problem-solving and have a collaborative mindset, which allows you to contribute effectively to team projects. Your background may include experience with video or multimedia apps, and you have worked with social media and creative applications. Knowledge of core animation, graphics, and media frameworks is a strong plus, enhancing your ability to create engaging user experiences.

What you'll do

As an iOS Engineer at Pika, you will play a crucial role in scaling our mobile efforts as we continue to grow and gain users. Your primary responsibility will be to build and enhance consumer-facing iOS applications that empower creators to tell their stories with ease. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design and product management, to ensure that the applications meet user needs and maintain high standards of quality.

You will be involved in the entire development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring that the applications are not only functional but also visually appealing and user-friendly. Your contributions will directly impact the accessibility of video creation tools for a diverse audience, aligning with our mission to make video creation seamless and intuitive.

What we offer

At Pika, we offer a competitive salary ranging from $175,000 to $250,000, depending on your experience and location.
