You have over 6 years of experience in computer vision, machine learning, or related fields — your background includes a track record of publications at top-tier AI conferences or experience at leading AI teams with successful product releases. You possess demonstrated expertise in generative modeling techniques, including transformers and diffusion models, and are passionate about the forefront of applied AI.

Your deep understanding of multi-modal models enables you to work across vision, language, audio, and video domains — you thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with researchers, engineers, and product designers to create breakthrough models that produce exceptional visual effects and seamless character replacements.

You are driven by innovation and efficiency, always looking for ways to improve the inference efficiency of models and drive product innovation by creating state-of-the-art AI features. Your strong work ethic and ambition to make an impact align with Pika's values of collaboration and creativity.

Desirable

Experience with post-training algorithms such as RLHF and DPO is a plus, as is familiarity with developing AI-driven solutions for generative applications, including controllable generation, editing, personalized chatbots, and custom audio creation.

What you'll do

In this role, you will develop advanced AI-driven solutions for generative applications across image, video, language, and audio domains. You will implement post-training algorithms for Pika models and improve the inference efficiency of the model. Your work will directly impact tens of millions of users as you collaborate closely with product and design teams to translate leading AI algorithms into intuitive, user-centric features.

You will be responsible for driving product innovation by creating state-of-the-art AI features that enhance user experience and engagement. Your contributions will help shape the future of AI applications at Pika, ensuring smooth integration into diverse production environments.
