What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a vision for the evolution of the machine learning technology stack within Pinterest Ads. You will build cutting-edge technology using the latest advances in deep learning and machine learning to personalize user experiences. Collaborating closely with teams across Pinterest, you will experiment with and improve machine learning models for various product surfaces, including Homefeed, Ads, Growth, Shopping, and Search. You will analyze user behavior and feedback to inform model enhancements and ensure that the solutions you develop align with user needs and business objectives. Your work will directly impact how Pinterest connects users with the products offered by partners, driving engagement and monetization.
