Pivotal is hiring a Recruiting & People Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting and support People & Culture programs. You'll work closely with hiring managers to create an engaging experience for new employees in Palo Alto.
Job Description
Who you are
You are a motivated and people-focused Recruiting & People Specialist with a passion for attracting top talent. You have experience in full-cycle recruiting and are skilled at managing relationships with external recruiting partners. You understand the importance of creating a seamless and engaging experience for candidates from their first impression to their first day and beyond.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with hiring managers and employees to support key People & Culture programs, including onboarding and internship initiatives. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will help you succeed in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the full-cycle recruiting process for a variety of roles within Pivotal. You will partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and create job descriptions that attract the right candidates. You will manage relationships with external recruiting partners to ensure a steady pipeline of talent.
You will also support key People & Culture programs, including onboarding new hires and managing internship programs. Your goal is to create a positive and engaging experience for all candidates and new employees, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from day one.
