What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, addressing repair requests, and ensuring that all building systems are functioning optimally. You will collaborate with property management to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance the living experience for our residents. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you conduct inspections and maintain records of maintenance activities. You will also assist in emergency repairs and contribute to a safe and welcoming environment for all guests.
