Who you are

You have over 5 years of proven experience in data product management, successfully delivering data products in mid-to-large internet or technology companies. Your strong understanding of data warehouse modeling and big data platforms like Hive, Spark, and Kafka allows you to effectively communicate complex business needs. You are proficient in SQL, enabling you to express intricate business logic clearly and concisely.

You are familiar with the product design lifecycle, from proof of concept (POC) to minimum viable product (MVP) and final product (FFP), and you have experience with iterative delivery of data products. Your solid project management skills are complemented by your experience with tools such as Jira, Gantt charts, and PERT, ensuring you can manage timelines and deliverables effectively.

Your strong communication and stakeholder management abilities allow you to drive cross-functional collaboration, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the product lifecycle. You are detail-oriented and thrive in fast-paced environments, making you an asset to any team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and data/engineering teams, collecting and analyzing Market Requirement Documents (MRD) and translating them into Product Requirement Documents (PRD) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) requirements. You will collaborate closely with big data and backend teams to define delivery plans, track progress, and ensure timely alignment with business stakeholders.

You will organize and manage product acceptance processes, ensuring high-quality and on-time delivery of data products. Your role will involve driving cross-functional communication and cooperation, ensuring that all teams are aligned and informed throughout the product lifecycle. You will also be responsible for managing stakeholder expectations and facilitating discussions to clarify requirements and priorities.
