You are a creative and data-savvy Social Media Manager with a passion for growing and engaging global audiences across various platforms. You have experience in shaping brand voices online and driving engagement through compelling storytelling. Your ability to blend content creation with community building and performance-driven strategy sets you apart in this role.
You possess strong skills in content strategy and planning, owning the global social media calendar across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. You align content themes with brand campaigns and product launches, ensuring that every piece of content resonates with the audience. Your expertise in content creation allows you to write, design, and publish high-quality, engaging content that captures attention and drives interaction.
You are proactive in influencer collaboration, engaging with relevant creators and industry conversations to amplify campaigns and co-create content. You understand the importance of community sentiment and actively monitor and respond to comments and messages to foster a trusted community around the brand.
You leverage AI tools for trend discovery and content planning, using generative AI to enhance creativity and speed in content creation. Your analytical mindset enables you to track performance using platform analytics and third-party tools, defining KPIs and analyzing trends to iterate on strategies effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the global social media calendar, ensuring that content aligns with brand campaigns and product launches. You will write, design, and publish engaging content across various platforms, collaborating with internal teams and external creators to enhance storytelling.
You will proactively engage with influencers and industry professionals, partnering with the Influencer Marketing team to amplify campaigns and optimize engagement. Monitoring community sentiment will be a key responsibility, as you respond to comments and messages to build a strong, trusted community.
Your role will also involve using AI tools for trend discovery and content ideation, enhancing the speed and creativity of your content creation process. You will track performance metrics using analytics tools, defining KPIs and analyzing trends to inform your strategies and drive growth.
