You have over 8 years of product design experience, specializing in both Interaction (UX) and Visual (UI) design. Your expertise allows you to independently lead design solutions for complex projects, particularly in the realm of business tools and office products. You possess a keen eye for aesthetics and a strong attention to detail, ensuring that every interface you create is not only functional but also visually appealing.

Your experience includes designing AI products, which gives you a unique perspective on how to integrate intelligent features into user experiences. You are proficient in mainstream design tools like Figma, and your excellent system thinking enables you to create cohesive design guidelines and component libraries that enhance design quality and efficiency.

You excel in communication, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams including User Experience (UX), Engineering (ENG), and Product Management (PM). Your entrepreneurial spirit drives you to take ownership of your projects, and you are fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese, allowing you to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the feature and workflow design for mobile, web, and desktop client products, delivering high-quality interaction and visual solutions. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and AI design teams to drive the design and iteration of product experiences from concept to launch. Your work will involve exploring new interaction methods in the
