What you'll do

As a Senior Frontend Engineer at Pleo, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the backoffice platform — your primary focus will be on making it accessible and user-friendly for engineers to contribute effectively. You will collaborate closely with product managers and designers to ensure that the platform meets the needs of its users.

You will help establish frontend guidelines that promote best practices and maintain consistency across the codebase — your expertise will guide junior engineers and help elevate the overall quality of the team's output. Addressing technical debt will be a key responsibility, ensuring that the platform remains scalable and maintainable as it evolves.

You will participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and fostering a culture of continuous improvement — your insights will help shape the team's development practices and enhance the overall quality of the code.
