What you'll do

In this role, you will architect and build a distributed RTC platform that supports Plivo's AI agents platform. You will develop backend services that integrate AI models, ensuring they operate efficiently at scale. Your responsibilities will include designing systems that can handle over 1 billion API requests per month, focusing on performance and reliability. You will collaborate with a team of engineers to implement cutting-edge multimodal AI solutions, enhancing customer engagement for major B2C brands.

You will also be involved in the entire development lifecycle, from initial design to deployment and monitoring. Your role will require you to stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and real-time communications, applying this knowledge to improve existing systems and develop new features. You will contribute to a culture of innovation and excellence, helping to shape the future of customer engagement technology at Plivo.
