Who you are

You have a strong background in finance and accounting, with at least 10 years of experience in financial management roles. Your expertise includes developing financial systems and processes that support rapid growth while maintaining compliance and accuracy. You are a strategic thinker who can collaborate effectively with executive leadership to drive financial performance and operational efficiency. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to present financial insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders. You are detail-oriented and have a proven track record of managing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes. You thrive in dynamic environments and are adept at navigating challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset.

What you'll do

As the VP, Controller at Plume, you will oversee all financial operations, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting and compliance with regulations. You will lead the finance team in developing and implementing financial strategies that align with the company's growth objectives. You will collaborate with the CFO and other executives to provide insights that inform strategic decision-making. Your responsibilities will include managing the budgeting process, financial forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure the company meets its financial goals.
