Your analytical skills enable you to assess broker consumption patterns and identify discrepancies in resource allocation.

You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to maintain productive relationships with sell-side counterparts and internal stakeholders. You are detail-oriented and organized, ensuring that records across broker consumption and spend are accurate and auditable. Your ability to work collaboratively with trading teams and technology departments helps you ensure that broker services align with firm policies and operational processes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will analyze broker consumption across investment teams, providing insights that help optimize resource allocation. You will assist with the analysis of broker payment trends, ensuring that spending aligns with consumption patterns. Maintaining accurate records is crucial, and you will identify and escalate discrepancies as needed. You will prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders, including trading and investment teams, to facilitate informed decision-making.

You will coordinate broker meetings and reviews, ensuring that communication flows smoothly between investment teams and brokers. Your role will involve preparing broker scorecards and evaluation materials, which are essential for assessing service quality. Additionally, you will help communicate ad-hoc sell-side requests from investment teams to brokers, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed.

Working closely with technology teams, you will ensure that mappings, reporting, and applications are functioning as required. You will identify opportunities to improve reporting, data quality, and operational processes, contributing to the overall efficiency of the Broker Relations team. Your proactive approach will help enhance the quality of services provided by brokers, ultimately benefiting Point72's investment professionals.
