What you'll do

During the 8-week internship, you will participate in a blend of classroom instruction and practical portfolio casework. You will receive training in essential areas such as accounting, modeling, and compliance, which will prepare you for a potential future role in the Point72 Academy Associate Program. You will collaborate with an investment team, gaining firsthand experience of the daily responsibilities of an analyst and exposure to various sectors covered by our Portfolio Managers.

You will work closely with Academy coaches, diving deeper into data analysis and preparing a final pitch on an investment idea. This experience will not only enhance your analytical skills but also provide you with the opportunity to present your findings and recommendations to your peers and mentors. You will also collaborate with Compliance, Information Security, and the Office of the Co-CIO to discover innovative ways to leverage AI in your investment processes and workflows.
