What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the complete application development lifecycle, ensuring that all phases from planning and requirements gathering to delivery and support are executed efficiently. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including funding managers, traders, risk managers, and operations, to identify and prioritize application requirements that align with business objectives.

You will define and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocations for application development projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints. Your oversight will extend to application design, development, testing, and deployment across both cloud and on-premises environments, ensuring that best practices are followed throughout the process.

You will also be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging innovative ideas and solutions that enhance the application delivery process. Your role will involve regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any challenges that may arise.
