Who you are
You have a strong background in project management, particularly in enhancing end user experiences. Your experience includes building and maintaining improvement roadmaps that align with business objectives, and you are skilled in defining success metrics such as customer satisfaction and adoption rates. You are adept at writing problem statements, business cases, and project charters with clear scope and ROI, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned on project goals.
You are familiar with Agile and Lean practices, and you have successfully driven project execution while managing risks, dependencies, and change control. Your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, service desk, security, and human resources, allows you to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet user needs. You are also experienced in piloting and standardizing device builds and app configurations, ensuring that all workflows are optimized for user satisfaction.
What you'll do
In this role, you will build and maintain an end user experience improvement roadmap that aligns with Point72's business objectives. You will define success metrics such as customer satisfaction, adoption/usage, and resolution times while identifying opportunities for improvement. Your responsibilities will include writing problem statements, business cases, and project charters with clear scope, timeline, and ROI. You will drive execution using Agile and Lean practices, managing risks, dependencies, change control, and stakeholder communications.
You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that enhance user experience. This includes piloting, testing, and standardizing device builds, app configurations, and workflows. You will plan launches, including training, communications, and support playbooks to ensure smooth transitions. Additionally, you will instrument feedback loops, such as in-app prompts and surveys, to analyze telemetry and create dashboards for quarterly reviews, using insights to guide improvements.
What we offer
Point72 offers a competitive salary range of $112,000 to $180,000, along with discretionary bonus compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.
