What you'll do

As a Principal Applied Researcher AI/NLP at PointClickCare, you will lead research initiatives that integrate AI tools into healthcare workflows, enhancing collaboration and improving outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI applications that can make a meaningful impact on patient care.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing machine learning models that leverage the largest long-term and post-acute care dataset in the industry. In this role, you will mentor and guide junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
