What you'll do
As a Staff Product Manager at PolicyMe, you will own the post-sale customer experience, ensuring that our customers have a seamless and positive interaction with our products. You will lead the development of our customer account product, working closely with engineering and design teams to create features that meet customer needs. Your role will involve conducting user research to gather insights and feedback, which will inform product enhancements and new features. You will also be responsible for managing critical internal-facing products that support our operations, ensuring that they are efficient and effective. You will collaborate with various departments to align product strategies with business goals, driving the overall success of our product offerings.
