What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the technical direction of Poppulo's SaaS Employee Communications platform. You will lead the design and implementation of new features, ensuring they meet the high standards of performance and reliability expected by our customers. You will collaborate closely with other engineers, providing mentorship and guidance to help them grow in their roles. Your work will involve analyzing system performance and identifying areas for improvement, as well as implementing solutions that enhance the overall user experience. You will also play a key role in architectural discussions, helping to shape the future of our platform as we continue to scale.
