Job Description

Who you are

You have 5-6+ years of experience in payroll and benefits administration, demonstrating a strong understanding of full-cycle payroll processes and compliance requirements. You are detail-oriented and capable of managing payroll for a multi-state and multi-province workforce, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all payroll activities. Your independent drive allows you to take ownership during key coverage periods, including providing backup for leadership during vacations.

You are comfortable collaborating with various teams, including Payroll, People, and Finance, to deliver an exceptional employee experience. Your experience with HRIS platforms, such as Rippling, is an asset, but your ability to adapt and learn new systems is equally valuable. You thrive in a remote work environment and are particularly suited for candidates in the U.S. Pacific Time Zone.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the full-cycle payroll process for Prenuvo's growing workforce across the U.S. and Canada. You will be responsible for administering health, welfare, wellness, and retirement programs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. You will also handle leave pay calculations and work closely with benefits brokers to optimize employee offerings.

As a key operational partner, you will collaborate with various departments to streamline payroll processes and enhance the overall employee experience. You will take ownership of payroll processing during critical periods and ensure that all payroll-related inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately. Your contributions will help shape the company's approach to proactive healthcare, making a meaningful impact on employee satisfaction and engagement.
