Your experience includes working closely with sales, integration, engineering, and partners to ensure that everything shipped is documented and continuously improved.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners. Your analytical mindset helps you identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency. You are detail-oriented and understand the importance of documentation in maintaining product quality and consistency. You are also adaptable and can pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the product lifecycle.

What you'll do

As a Product Operations Manager at Prizeout, you will take ownership of ensuring that all products are operationalized effectively. This involves working closely with various teams, including sales and engineering, to launch and scale products that deepen member relationships through rewards. You will be responsible for documenting processes and continuously improving operational workflows to enhance efficiency. Your role will require you to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all aspects of product operations are aligned with the company's goals.

You will collaborate with credit union partners to understand their needs and ensure that the products meet their expectations. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be crucial in this role. You will also analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making data-driven decisions that enhance product performance. Your proactive approach will help you anticipate challenges and implement solutions before they become issues.
