You have experience in clinical settings, particularly in surgical environments, where you've managed multiple stakeholders and ensured optimal workflow during procedures. Your attention to detail is exceptional, allowing you to troubleshoot effectively and provide in-service education to surgical teams. You are comfortable working independently and exercise sound judgment in planning and organizing your work.
You thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about improving patient outcomes through innovative technologies. Your ability to collaborate with sales teams to identify growth opportunities demonstrates your strategic mindset. You understand the importance of maintaining compliance and supporting field-based program needs, ensuring that all stakeholders are well-informed and confident in using PROCEPT BioRobotics technologies.
What you'll do
As a Clinical Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering product training and clinical education to surgeons and their teams. You will provide in-procedure support, ensuring that the surgical workflow is efficient and effective. Your responsibilities will include guiding surgeons through onboarding processes and competency milestones, as well as supporting procedural scheduling to enhance staff confidence and expertise.
You will partner closely with sales teams to identify opportunities for utilization growth and account retention, ensuring that clients are satisfied with the products and services provided. Frequent travel will be required to support various accounts across the region, allowing you to build strong relationships with clients and provide comprehensive support.
