What you'll do

As a Senior Software Engineer 2 at project44, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our Decision Intelligence Platform. You will work closely with product managers and other engineers to create best-in-class integrations that enhance the visibility and efficiency of global supply chains. Your responsibilities will include implementing event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka to facilitate real-time data streaming and messaging.

You will be tasked with optimizing Spring-Kafka integrations to ensure seamless communication between various logistics networks. Your work will directly impact how our customers track shipments and collaborate with supply chain partners, driving operational efficiencies and improving customer experiences.

In addition to development tasks, you will participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team. You will also be involved in defining technical standards and best practices to ensure high-quality software delivery.
