What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for designing the next generation of Propelus's data infrastructure, ensuring that it is both scalable and reliable across all product lines. You will develop and maintain efficient data pipelines and ETL processes that transform raw data into high-integrity datasets, enabling better decision-making across the organization. Your role will involve owning the architectural strategy, which includes addressing performance bottlenecks and optimizing data workflows.
You will collaborate closely with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure that data solutions meet the needs of the business. This includes mentoring junior engineers and sharing your knowledge of best practices in data engineering. You will also be tasked with continuously improving the data infrastructure to support the evolving needs of the healthcare ecosystem.
