What you'll do

As the Accounting Manager at Proper, you will lead a team of over 20 individual contributors, ensuring the delivery of exceptional accounting services to property managers and real estate developers. You will oversee everyday accounting functions such as payables and receivables, and manage monthly processes that culminate in final financial statements for customers. Your role will involve leveraging data analytics to monitor team performance and customer satisfaction, while also implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance operational efficiency. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of collaboration and personal growth within your team, ensuring that everyone feels valued and engaged in their work.
