You have extensive experience in machine learning and AI technologies, particularly in developing large-scale AI systems. Your background includes a strong understanding of Generative AI and LLM technologies, and you are passionate about pushing the boundaries of these fields. You have a proven track record of leading teams and making architectural decisions that drive project success.

You possess deep expertise in MLOps and cloud-native architectures, particularly with AWS. Your ability to design and implement modern ML infrastructure is complemented by your experience in delivering impactful AI solutions across various industries, including Healthcare, Retail, and Media. You are a strong communicator, capable of guiding engineers in solving complex real-world problems.

What you'll do

As the Generative AI Tech Lead at Provectus, you will be responsible for driving the development of innovative AI solutions that transform how companies operate. You will lead a team of 5–10 engineers, overseeing the architecture and implementation of AI systems that leverage Generative AI and LLM technologies. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that the solutions meet the needs of global enterprises.

You will take ownership of architecture decisions, ensuring that the systems you design are scalable, efficient, and robust. Your leadership will guide the team in tackling challenging projects, from Intelligent Document Processing platforms to advanced Healthcare ML applications. You will also be involved in mentoring team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
